Some say that white shouldn’t be worn for anything other than the first wedding, but people wearing white for their first see no reason to change that if they were ever to go out and marry again. The reason why many people choose a simpler second wedding dress is simply because they want to. They are probably having a smaller wedding because they remember what an ordeal their first wedding was if they had a large one.
